He spent six years at Dey L.P., where he was the firm’s President and CEO. During Engle’s tenure, sales increased from $250 million to over $600 million. He received his MBA (Finance) from USC and BS (Accounting) from the University of Colorado. He also received a diploma from the three year, “Merck University Executive Education” program in 2006. Mel has had leadership roles on boards of public, private and non-profit organizations.
