Michael W. Silvas

Having begun his real estate career in 1972, Mike Silvas joined Dilbeck Realtors in 1973 and through the years, served as salesperson, manager, VP, and ultimately as President and CEO of the company. His departure was prompted by a desire to live in Northern California's wine country. It was in 1998 that Mike and his wife Jill acquired Morgan Lane, a real estate brokerage company specializing in luxury country, rural suburban and urban properties in the wine country. In 2009, Mike returned to his real estate roots as a full time salesperson, establishing Wine Country Fine Properties assisting buyers and sellers in achieving their dreams of ownership in Napa and Sonoma Counties. Mike has had an impressive impact on the real estate industry. Over the years, he has lent his expertise to various committees with organized real estate, including the Legislative Committee for the California Association of Realtors, as President of the Pasadena Association of Realtors, where he was twice selected as Realtor of the Year. Mike is a past Associate Director for the Napa County Resource Conservation District and is the immediate past Chairman of the Napa Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In addition, he has served as a member of the Business Advisory Committee of the Napa Valley Community College and currently serves of the Board of Trustees of Queen of the Valley Medical Center Foundation. He has been actively involved in community organizations both in Southern California and in the North Bay, serving as the honorary Mayor of the City of LaCrescenta, a past President and member of the JayCees and served on the Board of Directors of Sycamore (now Hathaway-Sycamore) House, a nonprofit children's health and welfare center. Along with their two dogs and a cat, Mike and his wife live in Napa.
